A burst of moderate to heavy snow will push east across much of eastern Wisconsin this morning. Snowfall rates of around 1 inch per hour and visibility under one half mile are expected. Gusty north to northwest winds will also cause blowing and drifting of the new snow. Travel will be difficult through the rest of the morning. If you can, hold off on traveling until the weather and road conditions improve.
