As the leading edge of precipitation enters the Fox Valley and east-central Wisconsin expect a burst of snow, which will create slippery roads and lower visibilities. Precipitation will then transition to a wintry mix with rain, freezing rain, and snow for most of the night. A brief period of sleet and isolated thunder is also possible.
