* WHEN...Until 300 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some basement flooding is also possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1145 PM CST, Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen from rain that fell throughout the evening.
