Special Weather Statement issued April 04 at 10:33PM CDT by NWS GreenBay

...DENSE FOG COULD CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AT TIMES OVERNIGHT...
Light winds and lingering moisture from the rain and snow that fell Sunday night and Monday morning will create conditions favorable for fog formation overnight. Locations near Green Bay and the Door Peninsula are most likely to experience dense fog, and a Dense Fog Advisory has been posted for this area. Some dense fog is possible across the rest of central, north-central, east-central, and northeast Wisconsin as well. But it is likely to be more patchy and not as persistent as in the advisory area.
Anyone traveling across the area tonight or early Tuesday morning should be prepared for the possibility of driving into patches of dense fog. If you encounter dense fog while driving, be sure to use your use your low-beam headlights and maintain plenty of distance between your vehicle and other vehicles. Allow extra time to reach your destination, and drive at a speed that will allow you to safely maneuver your vehicle around any object or animal you unexpectedly encounter on the road.
