A quick-moving system is forecast to bring rain to the region this evening and gradually transition to snow during the overnight hours. Some of this snow may briefly fall heavy at times, especially toward daybreak with visibility falling below one mile. By the time the snow ends or mixes with rain later Monday morning, two to three inches of snow is expected generally south of a line from Merrill to Kewaunee with lower amounts farther north. Drivers are urged to exercise caution when traveling Monday morning.
