A few examples: | In 2018, the FDA announced the recall of blood pressure drugs containing NDMA, a chemical linked to cancer. In 2020, the drug company Lupin recalled over 11,000 bottles of 10mg Lisinopril tablets because some bottles contained 20mg tablets. So many blood pressure drug recalls have happened, the FDA created a special recall alert page that includes Valsartan, Losartan, and Irbesartan.
