The proposed all-electric “Aggie Loop” would cost between $250 million and $350 million and take three years to complete. Conceptual plans show two routes connecting classroom buildings, apartments, and the football stadium with six surface and three subsurface stations. In the last ten years, the school’s enrollment has jumped by 18,000, and a July capacity study report noted that 20 minutes isn’t enough time for students to travel from one end of campus to the other. Alternatives to the tunnel system include expanding the bus fleet and enhancing micro-mobility options like e-bikes and scooters. | Police Searching for Fake Dentist Authorities are looking for a woman on probation for multiple felony offenses in Harris and Galveston counties who has been charged with practicing dentistry without a license. On probation since 2021, Juanetta Solomon, 41, allegedly operated a business called Ismilez Cosmetic Designz as Nikki Calloway and claimed to be a licensed dentist on TikTok, posting with the account "Tha_Toothly_Houston." A woman who paid Solomon $1,000 for veneers and a bridge told police that Solomon failed to take a mold of her teeth, applied harsh chemicals that made her dizzy, and used a drill and file to make the composite veneers fit. Although Solomon claimed she was indigent at a previous arraignment, she is free on bonds totaling more than $400,000. She was last in court on Aug. 12, and Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information on her whereabouts. | List: Most Expensive Big Cities in Texas Seven Texas cities were included in a recent report on the income needed to live comfortably in America’s largest cities, with Austin leading the way as the most expensive in the state.
