President Joe Biden pardoned Hunter and absolved him of all crimes committed between "January 1, 2014. through December 1, 2024." This effectively let him off the hook for any gun charges that he was found guilty of and the tax evasion charge he admitted to. He also got off the hook for any international deals he may have benefited from illegally with China or Ukrainian gas giant Burisma.
