The AI Land Grab Is On. RAD Intel at $0.85/share through 3/12.

As AI markets mature, companies aren't just competing—they're combining. In 2021, RAD acquired Atomic Reach, its core AI engine. Since then, RAD Intel's valuation has scaled from $10M to $220M+, a 22x increase driven by that intelligence layer and reinforced by recurring 7-figure Fortune 1000 contracts delivering 3-4x ROI.

Now, RAD Intel is operating as a holding company through its Artificial Intelligence Buyout strategy, scaling multiple operating businesses on one shared AI-driven platform. That structure is designed for compounding: build the decision infrastructure once, deploy it across multiple businesses, and tighten execution as the portfolio expands.

Backed by multiple Fidelity funds, selected by the Adobe Design Fund, and more than 15,000 everyday investors are already in, including insiders from Google, Meta, Amazon, and YouTube. Nasdaq ticker has already been reserved: $RADI

Reg A+ shares are available at $0.85/share - for now. The share price is scheduled to change TOMORROW, March 12, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

If you've been watching RAD Intel, this is the current window.
