| | Breaking Updates | | Elon Musk Launches Into Profanity-Filled Criticism of Disney on Live Television | Elon Musk took the gloves off on CNBC on Wednesday, launching into a profanity-filled answer to a question about Disney…
Musk was asked about the entertainment giant's decision to not advertise on X in the face of a far-left campaign to bleed the social media site dry. To put it lightly, the billionaire then threw caution to the wind, even mentioning Disney CEO Bob Iger by name.
Left-wing activist groups have been running a shadow campaign to get advertisers to boycott X, not because they believe Musk actually is antisemitic (the evidence says he's clearly not) but because they want to destroy the one social media site that (mostly) allows free speech…
Other sites like Facebook and Instagram have a hard-left bent to their moderation, including throttling conservative news sources.
Some are responding to Musk by pointing out that his words are likely to drive advertisers further away. I'm not sure that matters, though. We are talking about the richest man on the planet.
Musk does not need X to succeed as a financial venture. That's not to say he doesn't want it to, but he is not controlled by market forces in this case. So, if companies like Disney want to join a left-wing blackmail attempt, Musk has the freedom to speak his mind about the situation without fear of ruination.
If Disney doesn't like that, they are welcome to take their dollars elsewhere, and in turn, Musk is welcome to tell them to jump in a lake… | Read more updates here |

| | Embarrassing Slander of Young KC Chiefs Fan Gets Better...for the Kid - and FAR Worse for Deadspin | For a few days now, the news cycle has been consumed with the story of a writer at Deadspin — the avowed sports and proven activist portal — who slandered the character of a young boy at the most recent Kansas City Chiefs game.
Writer Carron Phillips saw an image of a young boy in profile at the Chiefs game, wearing a feathered headdress in team colors, and the visible side of his face colored in black.
As a result, Carron (pronounced as "Karen" and also behaved as one) pronounced this to be "blackface" and doubly racist towards Native Americans, and he called on the league to take action. Then, it was revealed through other images this boy had red paint on the other half of his face.
Once this was pointed out to him, Phillips lashed out at others, calling his critics "idiots" and accusing them — for reasons known only to him — of hating Mexicans.
Not only has the young lad's dual-hued adornment unraveled the justified outrage from Phillips, but the remaining component he rested upon — that being the offensiveness to the Native tribes of this country — has now been equally rendered as farcically wrong. It has been shown that the family of this youngster is Native American. | Read more updates here |
