Trump said his proposed debate would have similar rules to the CNN debate with Joe Biden in June, except with a “full arena audience” instead of a mostly empty studio. The Harris campaign rejected the proposal yesterday, insisting on the ABC debate originally scheduled when Biden was the Democratic nominee for President. The Pentagon announced it would be deploying additional warships and fighter jets to help defend Israel in case of an Iranian attack. The announcement comes a day after President Biden warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a private call to stop escalating tensions in the region.
