The United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments next week in two critical cases: Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J.
At stake is whether biological males may claim a legal "right" to compete in girls' sports, placing millions of young women at risk of physical harm, emotional distress, and the loss of fair opportunities they have worked hard to earn.
This is no abstract debate. It involves something deeply rooted in natural law…and common sense.
When a woman is pregnant—as I am—the most natural question asked is simple and universal: "Boy or girl?"
No one asks because of ideology. They ask because of reality. Because sex is not something we invent. It is something we receive.
And yet, a pervasive ideology, championed by academia, the entertainment industry, and much of the secular press, has worked overtime in an attempt to convince us otherwise.
We are told people can self-define at will, that society must affirm these claims, and that dissent must be punished.
The result? Girls are being sacrificed to a lie. They are told fairness no longer matters. Their safety is negotiable. Their achievements must yield to ideology.
This is unjust, irrational, and must not stand.
The Supreme Court now has an opportunity—and a grave responsibility—to draw a clear, definitive, indelible line. The law must affirm what reality makes plain: girls deserve safety, fairness, and truth. They must be protected from the pornographic locker rooms, physical danger, and loss of opportunity wrought by forced participation in a misguided cultural experiment.
At CatholicVote, we believe this Supreme Court ruling could strike the head of the gender serpent.
While we continue to lobby and bolster ballot initiativesto protect girls sports in states like Colorado, we invite you to join faithful communities, parents, athletes, and organizations such as FIERCE, who are praying the Holy Spirit will guide our Supreme Court, providing the wisdom, courage, and clarity to shut down, once and for all, the terrible consequences of an ideology that has run rampant far too long.
Please pray:
For the Justices, that they may judge according to truth and justice
For girls and young women, that they may be protected and honored
For our nation, that it may discover the courage to defend reality
Thank you for standing with us faithfully, courageously, and prayerfully at this decisive moment.
Go forward bravely,
