The LOOP THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26  US AMBASSADOR TO VATICAN COMMENTS ON IMMIGRATION  U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican Brian Burch, former president of CatholicVote, gave a lengthy interview published this week at Crux. He explained that the effort to secure U.S. borders is backed by Catholic moral principles about securing the nation's common good. "The important thing here is this is not a set of evil policies rooted in hate or xenophobia," he said.
