Periods of light snow will continue through Thursday, with most places receiving an additional inch or two of accumulation during the period. Higher amounts can be expected due to lake-enhancement over Door County and northwest Vilas County. Hazardous travel conditions should be anticipated due to snow covered roads and reduced visibility at times through Thursday. As temperatures fall overnight, salt will become less effective for treating roads. Motorists should be prepared for difficult driving conditions.
