Better gut health = less acne?

Gut health has been the talk of the town for the last few years in the health space, but does it also affect skin and acne?

Short answer - yes, it does.

There's a profound link between your gut and skin, and there are 3 main reasons why acne doesn't go away if your gut health is not optimal:

#1 - Inflammation
If your gut is leaky or irritated, it triggers inflammation throughout your whole body. This is why breakouts look redder, feel more painful, and take forever to heal.

#2 - Increased Oil Production
Your gut bacteria actually talk to your skin. When the bad bacteria take over, they send a signal to your pores to produce way more oil than you actually need.

#3 - Nutrient absorption
Your skin needs things like zinc and healthy fats to repair itself. If your gut isn't healthy, it can't absorb the good stuff from your food, so your skin starves and gets stuck in a breakout cycle.

That's the "why."

But how do you actually improve your gut health?

One option is to minimize the things that make it worse:

🔴 Too much sugar, which feeds the bad bacteria
🔴 Chronic stress (the #1 gut killer)
🔴 Too many antibiotics, which wipe out the good guys you need for clear skin

Compromized gut health isn't caused by one "bad" meal. It's about patterns over time.

Healing the internal side takes longer than just applying something to your face, and it's definitely easier said than done.

Which is why we have been developing a whole new product line specifically designed to help heal acne from the inside.

And that includes gut health improvement ;)

We'll be sharing more details soon...

Until next time,
Daniel
