Light to occasionally moderate snow showers will impact Manitowoc and southeast Kewaunee counties through daybreak. Visibilities will drop to as low as one-half mile at times. Local accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are anticipated, and accumulations may vary considerably over a short distance. Motorists traveling through Manitowoc and southeast Kewaunee counties early this morning should be prepared for hazardous travel conditions, with rapidly changing and poor visibility, and snow covered roads.
